The Curriculum

Everything I teach, in one place.

Four disciplines. Every course here is built and in use — not a plan, not a brochure. The AI program is one of them.

The Craft

The conversation itself — getting in the room, and staying in it.

The Prospecting Lab

A market, a list, and a way to get better at using both

Three classes for any advisor who has run out of names — or thinks they have. They leave with two scored markets and a dated action for each, a written list of a hundred-plus people they already know, and one discipline that makes the next conversation better than the last.

Source the Nest · Ports of Life · Critical Thinking

Three 90-minute classes. · For advisors

The First Conversation

For financial advisors — getting the meeting, running the meeting, and staying in the room when they push back

Three sessions. They walk out able to ask for time without apologising for it, run a first meeting that earns a second one, and answer the four objections that end most of them.

Asking for the time · Running the meeting you asked for · When they push back

Three 90-minute sessions, weekly, with live rehearsal between. · For advisors

The Knowledge

What a client is actually paying you to understand.

Advanced Markets

The cases already walking past you, and the words that open them

Two classes for an advisor who keeps meeting people whose situations are bigger than their vocabulary. They leave able to find a case with two plain questions and no jargon, name the tool that fits it, and say the opening sentence out loud without reaching for a brochure.

See it · Say it

Two 90-minute classes. · For advisors

The Perceived Competency Course

Being seen as competent, before you have had time to prove it

Two classes for any advisor who knows more than they can show. They leave able to answer three money questions in their head in four seconds, explain what inflation and taxes actually do to a return, and read a market page well enough to settle a nervous client without reaching for anything.

How Does Money Grow? · Reading the Market

Two 90-minute classes, a week apart. · For advisors

Roadmap to Retirement

Every age gate between here and retirement, and what to do at each one

Three sessions. They walk out knowing which age gate is next for them, what closes if they walk past it, the Social Security decision cold, and the two or three choices in the back half that cannot be undone.

While you are still building — Prior to 50 through 59½ · The one decision most people get wrong — Social Security · Protecting it and getting it out — 65 through 73

Three 90-minute sessions. · For households

Leverage

Technology and AI, pointed at the work you already do.

The Seven Week AI Mastery Program

Built on the AIMES Methodology™

Seven working assets, not a certificate. A Drag Inventory, a personal context file, a prompt library, one live integration, an Operating Map, a shipped production system with exception handling, and a custom assistant with a Runbook and a 90-day roadmap.

AUDIT — Find the drag · FLUENCY — Talk to it like a colleague, not a search box · INTEGRATE — Connect the islands · MAP — Put it in your week · EXECUTE — Ship the first system · BUILD YOUR OWN — Assistants, not chat sessions · SCALE — Run it without me

90 minutes live, weekly, plus a ~60–90 minute async build. About 3 hours a week. · For advisors

The Practice

Building the business, and developing the people in it.

Motivate, Teach, Counsel

The job nobody explains when they promote you

Three classes for anyone responsible for other producers. They leave knowing what the job actually is, able to tell will from skill in a person, able to name which of four layers is broken before reaching for training, and holding a map of their own team that tells them who needs what.

Motivate · Teach · Counsel

Three 90-minute sessions. · For advisors

The Habits of Leaders

Nobody experiences your character — they experience your habits

Two classes for anyone responsible for other producers. They score ten habits honestly against what they actually did last week, leave with one chosen habit and seven days to run it, and come back to a re-score that shows whether anything moved. Not a talk about leadership — a measurement, a week, and a second measurement.

What nobody sees · What they receive

Two 90-minute classes, a week apart. · For advisors

Not sure which one you need?

That is usually the right question, and it is a short conversation. Bring the thing you have been putting off.
