Seven Week Program · Live Cohort

You tried AI.
Then you went right back to the old way.

That isn't a discipline problem. Watching somebody else use it looks easy — knowing what to do Monday morning is a different thing. Seven weeks, your real work, and systems that still run when you're done.

01 · The Gap

Watching is not learning.

Almost everyone we meet has already tried. The tool showed up. The method never did.

You watched
"Impressive. Then Monday came."
You opened it
"Blank box. Blank stare."
You got access
"Nobody said what to do with it."

02 · How a week runs

The same five moves, every week.

Ninety minutes live. Roughly ninety minutes of your own building in between. Nobody leaves a session with only notes.

The Build

One thing that will be running before we meet again.

03 · The Curriculum

One skill at a time.

Built on the AIMES Methodology™ — the same framework we run in advisory engagements, taught at the scale of your own week. Every week lifts a specific capability, and we score you on the same five in week one and week seven.

Week 01
A · Audit
Find the drag
You can't automate what you can't see. We run the audit on your own week — where the hours go, where work changes hands, where it stalls. You leave with your weakest phase named out loud and a ranked inventory of everything that repeats.
You keep: the Drag Inventory + your readiness baseline
RaisesReach
Week 02
Fluency
Talk to it like a colleague
The difference between people who get value from this and people who don't is almost never the tool — it's that one group gives context and the other gives commands. You'll build the standing brief about your business that goes into every session, and learn where these systems are confidently wrong.
You keep: your context file + a prompt library for your real work
RaisesFluencyJudgment
Week 03
I · Integrate
Connect the islands
Every tool you already own can talk to the others. The handoffs you do by hand are a choice. We map your stack, find the copy-paste seams, and build one real integration end to end — in the session, on your data.
You keep: one working integration in your own stack
RaisesIntegration
Week 04
M · Map
Put it in your week
A capability that isn't scheduled is a good intention. We turn the inventory into an operating rhythm — what runs daily, what's triggered, and what you deliberately keep human. This is where "my first hour is already done" stops being a slogan.
You keep: the Operating Map + a morning brief that runs before you sit down
RaisesIntegrationReach
Week 05
E · Execute
Ship the first system
Most transformation dies at the demo. We take the highest-value item on your inventory and build it properly — with a trigger, a failure path, and a route that puts a human back in the loop when it matters. Then you demo it to the room.
You keep: a shipped system + a written exception protocol
RaisesIntegrationJudgment
Week 06
Build
Build your own
A prompt you retype is a task. A prompt you save is a tool. A tool that runs on a trigger doesn't sleep. You'll build an assistant grounded in your own documents — and learn honestly where this still needs a person.
You keep: a custom assistant your team can use without you
RaisesRepeatability
Week 07
S · Scale
Run it without me
The test of a system isn't whether it works — it's whether it works when you're not there. We document it, hand it off, and look at what changes when the next client no longer means the next hire. Then we re-score you against week one.
You keep: the Runbook, a 90-day roadmap, and your new score

04 · What you keep

Seven working assets. Not a certificate.

Every week produces something that exists and keeps running after the program ends.

1
Drag Inventory
Every repeating task, ranked by time cost — with a before and after readiness score.
2
Personal context file
The standing brief that makes every answer sound like your business instead of a stranger's.
3
Prompt library
Tested against your actual recurring work, not generic templates.
4
A working integration
Two systems you already pay for, finally handing work to each other.
5
The Operating Map
One page: what runs itself, what you touch, what stays human on purpose.
6
A shipped system
Live, on real data, with the exception path written down.
7
Assistant + Runbook
Documented well enough that a new hire could operate it on day one.
+
The 30-day tail
A 1:1 check-in a month later, alumni access, and a 90-day re-score. Learning that isn't supported doesn't survive contact with a busy week.
05 · Fit

Who this is for.

A small cohort only works if the room is right. We would rather tell you no than take a seat you'll resent.

This is for you if…
  • You run something — a practice, a firm, a team, a book of business
  • You've already tried AI and it didn't stick
  • You have real work you'd bring to a session on Tuesday
  • You want the capability in your own hands, not outsourced
  • You can protect 90 minutes a week for seven weeks
This isn't for you if…
  • You want someone to build it while you watch — that's a Build engagement
  • You're looking for a certificate rather than a change in how you work
  • You want to learn the theory of AI — the universities do that well
  • You can't bring real work, only hypotheticals
  • You'd rather buy software than change a process
06 · Other ways to work together

Learn · Build · Run

The program is one door. Some firms want us to teach it, some want it built, some want us to stay.

Door One
Learn
Capability transferred to your people, so it doesn't leave when we do.
  • Seven Week Program — live cohort
  • Seven Weeks — Team Edition, in-house
  • Half-Day Intensive
  • Executive Briefing
  • Keynote & symposium
  • AI Readiness Diagnostic — free
Door Two

  • Claude Design Studio — brand films & explainers
  • Video production
  • Custom assistants & agents
  • Web & application builds
  • Collateral & methodology design
Door Three
Run
Standing capability without adding headcount.

07 · Questions

Before you ask.

Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email and a spreadsheet you have enough. Nothing in the seven weeks requires code.
How much time does this really take?
Ninety minutes live each week, plus about ninety minutes of your own building. Roughly three hours. The building time is spent on work you already had to do.
Do I have to buy new software?
No. We work inside the tools you already pay for wherever possible. If something genuinely needs adding, we'll say so and say why.
Why a live cohort instead of videos I can watch anytime?
Because self-paced courses finish at roughly one in ten, and live cohorts with real deadlines finish at three in four. Completion is the product. A course you didn't finish taught you nothing.
What if I miss a week?
Sessions are recorded and the async build stands on its own. Miss more than two and we'll talk about moving you to the next cohort — this only works if you're in the room.
Is my business information safe?
Week two covers exactly what should never go into a chat window — client information, credentials, regulated data — and how to get the benefit without exposing any of it.
Can you run this for my whole team instead?
Yes. The Team Edition runs the same seven weeks inside one company on your own processes, with a leadership readout at the end.
