The Five Maturity Levels

Movement from L3 → L5 is the work most consultants can't do.

Levels 1–3 are operational maturity — anyone competent can get a firm there. Levels 4 and 5 are the Intelligent Systems thesis. Every dimension's L4 and L5 descriptors reference AI and automation explicitly. That's the moat.
